ASPHALT PAVER FINISHER

First of all we need to know about asphalt paver machine is performance:
  •        Paving Width : 2.5 Meter 4.5 Meter
  • Paving Thickness : 10 mm to 200 mm
  • Paving Speed : 16.0 Kmph (Max)
  • Crown : Max 6%
  • And here is the used parts which have a best quality of it and comes under our research and development and quality control department.
  • Hopper:  Twin hydraulically Operated folding Hoppers 4 cu. Mt. (Approx.) Capacity.

  • CONVEYOR Conveying of Mix Material System: Twin lane type conveyor chain conveying Mix material to Screw Conveyor (Auger Screw) for paving on the road.

AUGER SCREW: Distribute mix material across full width of machine

  • SCREED HEATING ARRANGEMENT: Two nos burners are provided with kerosene tank with Pressure gauge for heating of screed plate.


  • TAMPER (VIBRATOR)

    Hydaulic driven eccentric shaft for Temper (Vibrator).

  • TYRES

    Supplied with standard Truck tyres, these pavers ensure long years of trouble free performance.

  • HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS

    The Hopper operations, screed lifting, vibrating / tamping arrangement screed opening-closing are hydraulically controlled.
    All Hydraulic controlled Valves and Pumps are of World Class Companies like Vickers / Dowty / Rexroth will be provided

  • HYDRAULIC TELESCOPIC SCREED

    The Screed Extension is done hydraulically with a basic Screed of 2.5 Meters which can be extended upto 4.5 Meters.
    The Paver Finisher not only does Asphalt Paving but also Wet Mix Paving...
